Job Description
- Collecting processing and cleaning data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Developing validating and implementing predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Developing scalable financial forecasting models delivered to multiple end users.
- Performing statistical analysis to understand and visualize data trends.
- Designing and developing generative AI algorithms and agentic solutions.
- Creating data-driven solutions to address business needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Presenting information using data visualization techniques.
- Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges.
- Collaborating with engineering and product development teams.
- Have built models deployed and used in production environments.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD OR 11 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field. A Masters degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
Proficiency in Python TensorFlow and PyTorch for developing AI models.
Experience with containers and docker files is preferred.
Experience with database languages (SQL or NoSQL).
Real world experience in creating financial forecasting models for external customers.
Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modelling concepts.
Advanced knowledge of generative AI.
Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
Experience with Hadoop Hive and Spark.
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
