Were looking for a seniorlevel Process Improvement Analyst Industrial Engineer or equivalent to drive process improvement efforts identify and standardize best practices as part of UESs significant business transformation efforts. This is a key handson role requiring the ability to think strategically and act tactically as part of the ongoing growth and enhancement of our company. This role is responsible for leading multiple standardization / improvement projects across five 5 Service Line Councils documenting meeting minutes and action items researching and evaluating technology solutions and implementing solutions enterprise wide. As the Senior Process Improvement Analyst you will be accountable for independently leading projects managing and tracking key project deliverables and communicating progress project risks and results to the project / leadership team.
The Senior Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for maximizing employee adoption of Enterprise Operational Tools as well as supporting the coordination development and delivery of Service Line Council related communications. This role requires strong data analytics skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of process improvement & reporting principles.
