Job Description
The Senior DPA is responsible for implementing and enhancing operational processes and standards in the country x region. This includes overseeing quality performance and resolving issues while continuously driving improvements. The role also focuses on ensuring Right First Time delivery to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure the quality performance monitoring reporting and analysis of the respective Operations department.
- Participate in quality improvement plans such as Quality Walk Quality Focus Meetings Root Cause Analysis activities and Operational Excellence programs when required.
- Work with the quality team on first-time right and cycle time reporting alongside the operations team to identify focus areas.
- Ensure appropriate communication and escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders.
- Lead the resolution of operational issues in collaboration with other pillars by focusing on issue correction and prevention through Quality Focus and Root Cause Analysis.
- Provide expert advice to the BAU team on difficult queries ensuring sufficient workaround or testing is done before escalating to the Enablement team.
- Maintain close links with Enablement and Ops leaders to ensure quality and delivery standards are met or exceeded alongside high levels of customer satisfaction on product content.
- Collaborate with DO to manage the QEM inventories (including Cycle time) through QEM Admin and entry of all RCAs in QEM through QEM Admin.
- Prepare materials on a monthly and quarterly basis for Ops review with Global and Regional LT.
- Lead and manage quality system improvement initiatives to ensure proper deployment and ongoing compliance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in operations
- Extensive knowledge of operational processes systems and SOPs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside of Operations - ability to translate technical detail as required for audience
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to work within a cross-functional team
- Project management skills - ability to accurately scope project requirements manage stakeholder expectations and maintain a strong say/do ratio
- Process driven - ability to define and refine processes to ensure continual improvement in quality and productivity
