Job Description
We are looking for talented graduates and earlycareer professionals eager to build a career in management consulting with a focus on operations and supply chain management. As an operations strategy consultant at Implement Consulting Group you will drive strategic supply chain projects at a leading Scandinavian consultancy guided by the belief that all change starts with people. Join us from August/September 2025.
What you will do
The role will be tailored to your skills and interests but a passion for Industry 4.0 digital operations IT/OT manufacturing systems (MES) and digital shop floor solutions is essential.
In this role you will help us help organisations bridge the gap between operational technology (OT) and enterprise IT enabling smarter datadriven decisionmaking and seamless production . The tasks vary depending on the project but will include:
- Advising clients on IT/OT convergence to improve manufacturing efficiency data flow and system connectivity
- Selecting designing and optimising MES solutions to enhance production visibility traceability and performance monitoring
- Assessing and developing system landscapes and architectures for digital manufacturing and supply chain integration
- Driving digital transformations by implementing modern shop floor tools and technologies ensuring interoperability across the value chain
- Creating strategic communication and decision materials for senior management highlighting opportunities for operational improvements
- Preparing and conducting workshops on IT/OT strategy MES deployment UNS concepts and digital factory solutions

What you will bring
We are looking for individuals who are about to graduate or have completed a masters degree in industrial engineering supply chain management IT computer science automation or a related field with excellent results.
You will be a great fit for this role if you:
- Are passionate about digital transformation smart factories and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Have strong analytical skills and a knack for problemsolving
- Can maintain a holistic perspective while being nerdy about a specific topic
- Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English
