Business Development And Account Executive

VoltaBiotech is a marijuana/hemp processing and refinement company.We can extract 80 pounds every 20 minutes with ethanol - possibly the biggest capacity in the state. On the marijuana side we sell bulk THC distillate (voltabiotech.com). On the hemp side we sell bulk D8 distillate and to end-formulators nationwide (vb-labs.com).We are seeking A-Player salespeople and closers to join our growing team to represent our company.

Our capacity is 3 to 4 liters per hour. We have relationships with distribution companies and brokers and seek our own account executives selling directly to processors that use our distillate.We have some designs for retail products of our own but will take time to formulate the product itself.

Compensation:

$10 per hour plus a monthly sales goal of $ amount sold for $500 bonus. Whatever percent you sell less than the goal or more than the goal, you receive that bonus for the month.

The mission of this position is to increase revenue by connecting with qualified pre-framed prospects or past buyers and closing using end-to-end sales and booked appointments.

Hourly with monthly sales bonus

Annual development bonus allocation is 2.5% of all annual salaries, if you score a 3.4 oraboveyoure eligible for a bonus, capped at 10% per individual. This considers unplanned absences, attitude, etc.

PTO 1 hour per 20 hours worked (13 days/year), 1 hour per 17 hours after 5 years, 1 hour per 14 hours after 10 years
