Job Description
The role of the Country Director is critical for the success of YDE as s/he is responsible for results, growth and development of Yellow Door’s Energy business for the Jordan region. Our target is to become the market leader in this region selling more MW’s and Energy savings contracts than all competitors. This role responsibility is taking on a personal and a team target, driving results through others while leading from example on developing and closing critical deals.
The Country Director spearheads YDE’s strategic and operational engagement in the country, sets direction and maintains team morale of the country office, as well as manages resources, delegating specific duties while maintaining oversight and accountability.
