- Responsible for content ideation and development - copywriting in both English and Arabic that is optimized for each marketing channel.
- Creation & execution of Email-based marketing campaigns for different user journeys.
- Create content specific for each persona group to be used in campaigns that are based on targeting.
- Act as the bridge between our brand and the community with the aim to create a loyal audience who will recommend our brand to others.
- Use sentiment analysis tools and produce reports.
