Mail Service Assistant – HR Mailing

JOB PURPOSE:

• Assist in the day-to-day activities of the mailroom to provide efficient and effective mail service to sustain smooth operation of the company.
• To ensure safe collection and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail of the company by driving company vehicles.
• Job involves coordinating with all departments with regards to the pick-up and dispatch of OCS documents/packets, rush tags, cargo, registered mails and hand delivery etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving, pick-up & dispatch (Loading & Unloading) of all outgoing mails from mailing, purchase, FFP, Cargo & Finance.
• To collect of parcel & ordinary mails from post office twice a week.
• Collection of OCS bags from Airport to mailing, opening bags, tallying with OCS mailing system list and segregating documents departments wise.
• Delivery & distribution of OCS & internal mail accurately to all departments including GCEO’s Office.
• Dispatch all OCS & internal mails to all departments located in Tower 1, Tower 2 and all Villas.
• Receiving & Sorting all incoming mails from Q-post (ordinary & registered), Courier OCS mails, which approximates 750 mails per day.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Qatar driving license
