Job Brief:
ASK Employee Services offer HR assistance to employees by sharing information and answers to HR-related queries quickly and efficiently. Staff will be responsible to provide high range of HR services to employees from joining to expiry of contract and assisting in all queries relating HR Immigration, HR Services, Staff Travel etc. Temporary staff will be utilized primarily for attending calls and emails received in ASK Employee Services, but will not be limited to the same and will be further utilized for other areas as per business requirement.
Below responsibilities will be handled by them:
1. Attend and respond to calls and emails received in ASK Employee Services in a professional and timely manner
2. Respond and communicate effectively to queries with regards to HR Immigration, HR Services, Staff Travel and HR Benefits to provide accurate information and first level service
3. Maintenance of call / email logs for productivity and reporting purpose.
4. Any other tasks as and when instructed by management.
Requirements
Skill set requirement:
à Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
à Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise.
à Must be computer literate
à Excellent Customer Service skills
à Should possess good Telephonic skills
à Ability to work under pressure
à Knowledge of local laws requirements essential
Preferred
à Bachelorsâ Degree
à Experience in Human Resources
à Previous work experience in Call Center
