Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To administrator and support E-Docs system ensure employee files are promptly scanned/archived in E-Doc system in order to have an updated and orderly e-filing system for documents storage and retrieval at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read, understand documents, accurately classify and scan documents in to specific folders in E-Docs system pertaining to employee for quick and easy retrieval.

  • Keep the filing system complete, updated and organized at all times to ensure that files are readily available whenever needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management.
