Job Description
- Will lead by example, demonstrating team work, appreciation, dedication and focused on the successful delivery of our clients' projects
- Must be technically capable, reliable and master in the domain of .Net and .Net Core backend development and architecture
- Must be able to lead, inspire and direct a small team of Backend Engineers to follow SDLC processes in an innovative fast-paced environment
- Can accurately understand and translate project requirements into technical designs and architectures
- Will be able to communicate effectively with a team in the United Kingdom
- Must demonstrate excellent English language in reading, writing, listening and speaking
