2. Manage and lead fleet sales channel and tender sales processes.
3. Distribute parts among all branches to ensure general parts availability.
4. Set and track sales targets for his team.
5. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
6. Manage department projects to meet deadlines.
7. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
9. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
10. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
