Job Description
Req ID : 777027
- Conduct data entry in ERP System and ensure its integrity.
- Create Customer Account, Sales Orders, Customer Quotations and Purchase Requisitions.
- Update delivery and installation dates.
- Coordinate for issuing Invoices and delivery orders through operations department team.
- Arrange site dimension takings according to customer requirement update in Pre sales system daily basis.
- Ensure the completeness and authenticity of documents as per company’s guidelines and maintenance of customer files.
- Update product and price lists with new products or changes in the current products.
- Follow up on overseas suppliers’ orders and related logistics.
- Coordinate with accounts department.
- Site coordination with technical department.
- Update Production status and delivery date.
- Prepare internal memos for top management special approvals (when needed).
