Job Description
- Reviews the procurement activities of contractor with those of the PMT to ensure that company's procurement objectives are met with regards to cost, schedule and quality.
- Stewards contractor's performance to ensure their compliance with company's requirements and approved procedures
- Reviews and approves contractor's procurement procedures and documents.
- Participates in review of contractor's vendor quality control effort. Assists contractor in resolving procurement issues and problems. Assists CONTRACTOR in evaluating prospective key vendors and coorodinate in the case of addition to Project Vendor List.
- Cooperate with Quality department to ensure EPC contractor's items meet the project quality requirements.
- Reviews and monitors EPC contractor's procurement plans for purchase of CONTRACTOR's scope and EPC contractor's handling COMPANY items.
- Review and monitors EPC contractors' materials management plans.
- Works effectively within established policies and procedures, and participates in the further development of these to meet changing needs.
- Receive vendor completed EPLs through EPCI CONTRACTOR complete review for completeness and carry out necessary actions to ensure completeness of information prior to issuing to OPCO. Monitors formal finalisation of EPC contractor's procurement of spare parts.
