Job Description
- Listen and determine accident damages and prepare accurate repair estimations
- Liaise with insurance companies for the submission of estimations, approvals and translate to actionable work orders to workshop to complete
- Follow up with the customer and insurance companies during the work in progress, if additional work required, in the case of delay occurs and after completion of all repairs
- Proactively visit insurance companies, fleet companies and rent-a-car companies to build and bring accident-related jobs
