Job Description
- Ensure company technical challenges are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- The Head of Engineering will work closely with senior engineering teams in the management and development of strategic planning.
- Hire, direct, coach and inspire a high-caliber developers technical team taking a hands-on approach if necessary .
- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization as it starts to scale.
- Embed an agile software development methodology, taking a lead to ensure a culture of continuous iteration and collaboration flows through the entire organization.
