• Meet with representatives from these companies to explain the hotel/resort s merits and amenities.
• Network with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage hotel/resort bookings.
• Design and advertise special group rates and packages to increase larger bookings.
• Overcome hesitations of clients to close a sale.
• Manage accounts of high-profile clients.
• Process payments and applies discounts as necessary.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding sales or marketing.
• Ensure that guests are enjoying their stay at the hotel/resort and that large group needs are met.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
