Job Description

- Provide quality improvement coaching, training, refresher sessions and support to clinical staff (physicians, midwives, nurses and others as needed) according to identified needs and gaps;
- Implement activities across various components of the project with a particular focus on maternal and newborn health and family planning;
- Coordinate with URC partners at regional levels as well as government health partners to support quality and clinical skill improvements;
- Support the use of data at facilities for QI
- Support assessment of progress in improving clinical skills & competencies;
- Participate in development and updating of training and coaching materials;
- Maintain regular updates on key progressed activities and share reports;
- Play a key role in planning, organizing, and conducting skills practice and coaching of clinical staff; and
- Do other tasks as may be required of the project.
