- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring sources and recruiting networks to sustain an active pool of candidates
- Source and screen qualified candidates, and build candidate profiles in ATS
- Develop inbound and outbound sourcing strategies in partnership with the hiring manager to deliver accurate metrics and results
- Organize hiring events and information sessions to build the brand and develop a steady pipeline of candidates
- Assist in developing retention programs and creating a candidate feedback loop to reduce turnover and build the internal applicant pool for development opportunities
- Responsible about the onboarding of new joiners
