- Ensure accuracy, execution and completion of financial transactions;
- Raises Monthly Supply RequestsSRs, Requests for detailed Petty Cash SPs by type of expense and Supply Delivery SDs for each invoice from CHF 500, Create Order deliveryODs;
- Ensures accounting entries in JDE-ImpEx before closing the files;
- Gives the financial forecasting to the destination delegations to run smoothly the operations through an efficient financial management, covering the fund needs.
