- Accountable for P & L for the store. Responsible for the strategic & operational development of the business preposition. Identify opportunities to increase sales, control cost and manage appropriate inventory and cost of goods
- Monitor all restaurant operations to ensure the compliance of the same with the brand set Policies and Standards (Quality of service provided and food, food preparation steps, sanitation and cleanliness, etc.).
- Manage the preparation and serving of food and non-food items in accordance with the recipes manual, portioning and quality standards.
- Analyze product mix and build a par level to avoid product shortages and over stocks and to manage wastages as per the required target by the brand.
