- Technical proficiency with one or more key technologies and services in the area of IT Infrastructure (Hosting, Network and End-User Computing). Ready to develop his/her technical and service knowledge as part of his/her management responsibilities.
- Excellent business management acumen and strong, broad technical background. Able to understand the broader business objectives and business processes that need to be supported by IT and develop effective IT services based on strong technical mastery and understanding of the IT market
- Entrepreneurial mind set ready to move projects forward with an ability to make decisions. At the same time possess the right motivational, negotiation and conviction skills to develop a broad, comprehensive support for IT infrastructure solutions delivered by the Infrastructure organization.
