Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

Duties:

• Implement documented information quality control activities, review documentation, verify diagrams received from business process management before final approval
• Monitor change request system activities, review change request against evaluation criteria, present changes to business process and quality assurance managers for verification, apply course of action, record log of changes.
• Retaining and Archive all the documents for all company policies and procedures.
• initiate non conformity follow up system activities, record findings against integrated management system requirements, review root cause analysis, correction, monitor corrective actions plan from process owner, verify effectiveness of actions taken on time according to plan.
• Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies and standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
• Excellent Microsoft office.
• Very good command of English (Writing & Speaking).
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certificates required:

1. ISO 9001 quality management system
2. ISO 14001 environmental management system
3. ISO 45001 occupational health & safety management system
4. Lean Six-sigma awareness
