1. Assist children in establishing good relations with sponsors, and manage correspondence and maintain relationship between sponsors and be sponsored families.
2. Strengthen sponsored families their parenting knowledge and skills, and develop their supporting network, and arrange community service and integration services.
3. Document all program activities on the activity log sheet, achievements, and challenges in weekly reports.
4. Facilitate and coordinate visits, assessments, research to reflect project activities' impact.
