Job Description

- The training coordinator performs the following duties and responsibilities within the framework of commitment to the ethics of the profession and the human rights approach in the administration of education and training, commitment to the rules regulating work, and providing an atmosphere that achieves justice among trainees.
- Daily field follow-up of the training program plans.
- Ensure that the training programs conform to the main training plan.
- Ensuring that the methods and activities of theoretical and practical training work efficiently in accordance with the plans established in advance.
- Conducting a daily evaluation of the training identifying the gaps that need to be addressed.
- Evaluating educational effectiveness, determining the impact of training on trainees' skills, and measuring performance indicators.
- Collect feedback from trainers and trainees at the end of each training day.
- Communicate with trainers regarding the design of appropriate training materials.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Management and maintenance of training facilities and equipment.
- Researching and recommending new training methods.
- Submitting periodic reports on the results of the training program and recommendations for improvement and development, if any.
- Maintaining an update of each trainee's database regarding test results.
