Medical Claims Officer - (Audit & Fraud) Physician

Job Description

• Manage routine daily claims administration work.
• Coordinate workflow & meet deadlines.
• Evaluating claims with regards to eligibility.
• A decision on high cost and complicated cases.
• Attending e-mails from insurance companies or clients.
• Coordinating with international providers for direct billing.
• Increasing efficiency, minimizing errors and administration time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery /Physician
• Working on Rotational Shifts (Day - night )
• Very good command of English.
• The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with claims department and other departments having regard for the strict need for confidentiality.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) e-mail, electronic calendar and the Internet.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users
