Furniture Assembler

Job Purpose:

• To assist driver in all phases of delivery operation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help and assist the Driver Assembler load and offload the furniture to the customer’s place
• Help and assist the Driver Assembler in assembling and installingthefurniture’s
• Assist in set-up of furniture in the customer's home.
• Ensure to collect all assembly tools before leaving the customer’s place
• Collect and remove all empty cartons and otherleft-overmaterials from the customer’s place and keep them inside the trucks cabin.
• Ensure to throw all empty cartons and otherleft-overmaterials at the designated waste skips.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School graduation

Minimum Experience:

• Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in Furniture Assembling.
• Heavy lifting required – up to 20 kg. May be required to carry heavy merchandise upstairs.
