- Assignand distribute workloadequitablyon allteammembers basedon theirjoblevelsandexpertise toeffectivelymanagethe departmentobjectivesthrough them.
- Assure proper communication between team leadersandengineersand between the engineersand other departments in the organizationtoalignallwork stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlinesofplanstomake sure theyare met.
- Setthe company’sprocurementpolicyandstrategic direction according tothe company’sgoalsand objectivesevery3 years inorder to copewith themarket dynamicsand new trends.
- Putan action plan toachieve each companygoalandobjective.
- Designthe procurementprocessand continuously monitor,measure andmodifyitwhen needed in order tosolve any issuesorproblems.
- Manage the suppliersandsubcontractorsandassistthe teamwith anytechnicalinformation needed.
- Monitor the companyexpensesquarterly andfindalternative waystoreduce them.
- Plan for different waystogetsources;how toget themandwhere from toensure the highest levelsof work effectiveness.
- Coordinatewith projectmanagersto check thesite conditionsandhandle the requirementsneeded fromthe procurement departmentatthe site.
