• Assure proper communication between team leadersandengineersand between the engineersand other departments in the organizationtoalignallwork stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlinesofplanstomake sure theyare met.
• Setthe company’sprocurementpolicyandstrategic direction according tothe company’sgoalsand objectivesevery3 years inorder to copewith themarket dynamicsand new trends.
• Putan action plan toachieve each companygoalandobjective.
• Designthe procurementprocessand continuously monitor,measure andmodifyitwhen needed in order tosolve any issuesorproblems.
• Manage the suppliersandsubcontractorsandassistthe teamwith anytechnicalinformation needed.
• Monitor the companyexpensesquarterly andfindalternative waystoreduce them.
• Plan for different waystogetsources;how toget themandwhere from toensure the highest levelsof work effectiveness.
• Coordinatewith projectmanagersto check thesite conditionsandhandle the requirementsneeded fromthe procurement departmentatthe site.
