Job Description

- Support Project Managers (PMs) in the implementation of their infrastructure projects with a focus on quality assurance and quality control;
- Provide technical advice and quality assurance framework within the Hub in relation to infrastructure projects. S/he will be expected to the advice in detail on technical specifications, Bills of Quantities, bidding documentation, engineering drawings, construction methodologies, construction planning, baseline time schedule and programming and assessment of contractors’ technical capacity to deliver;
- Provide monthly report (or as requested) to the Director and/ or the Head of Programme, summarizing problems related to the quality of infrastructure works, and other issues relating to possible delays, cost overruns, delivery & expenditure figures, quality control issues, resourcing and scheduling issues, variations and any other matters related to infrastructure projects in coordination with the PMs.
