- Ensure all aspects of IT & Telecommunications and Broadcast technology services are implemented according to requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, providers, and government entities in relation to ensuring delivery of connectivity as per agreed service levels, ensuring actions are followed up and driven to successful conclusion
- Facilitate the collection and distribution of requirements of all client groups involved(especially from Media and Broadcasters)
- Ensure that all information pertaining to infrastructure, services and spaces needed for the delivery and support of Event IT and Broadcast IT services are communicated to, and understood by, venue/site authorities and respective delivery teams
