Job Description

- Assisting with conversion clean-up from legacy systems;
- Configuring business process changes (workflow);
- Updating appropriate development and user documentation;
- Providing support (how-to) to ERP support staff;
- Providing support (how-to) to end-users;
- Actively managing and evaluating trends and recommended solutions based on observations of problemand incident activity;
- Recommending prioritization of process improvements and additional functionality;
- Communicating operational impacts of change to user community;
- Providing other management level support;
- Other tasks that may be agreed to by both parties.
