مراقبة مدى الالتزام بالموازنة المعتمدة والرفع للإدارة بشكل مستمر حول الانحرافات
مراجعة التسويات المعدة من موظفي القسم للشركات الشقيقة والموردين والعملاء والتأكد من سلامتها والاحتفاظ بها بملف لتكون جاهزة عند الطلب
مراجعة التسويات البنكية والتأكد من صحتها والاحتفاظ بها بملف لتكون جاهزة عند الطلب
مراقبة حسابات العملاء والتحقق من سلامة الأرصدة من خلال عمل مطابقات دورية معهم وذلك باختيار عينات عشوائية بشكل دوري ومطابقة الارصدة مع العملاء
