- Credit, Supply Chain and Sales teams Required to communicate key issues and the situation regarding the customer back to the Counterparty Risk Team, ensuring that any outstanding issues are escalated to the relevant next level in the organization
- Providing relevant information to the Counterparty Risk team to facilitate their order release and risk activities
- Actively support the implementation of the direction/objectives and participate in efforts to promote/identify a continuous improvement environment
- Carry out the root cause analysis of issues and support the subsequent issue resolution.
