Job Description
- Draft, review, and finalize the Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan, and manage ongoing documentation, monitoring and data collection activities related to the Activity MEL Plan.
- Work closely with HSQA technical team to design and implement appropriate monitoring efforts.
- Lead analysis and reporting on program indicators in accordance with Activity MEL Plan.
- Organize team reporting process for annual work plans, periodical reports, and other documents.
- Work with HSQA Technical Leads and partners to design and oversee operations research to provide reliable and timely information regarding trends, effects of new approaches in resolving program challenges, or other key questions relevant to HSQA.
- Lead analysis and reporting on all HSQA research activities.
