- Professional planner with full knowledge of delay analysis methadologies and activities durations and relationships.
- Budgeting, Cost control initiator and monitoring.
- Extensive experience within Real estate industry.
- Advanced knowledge with related PC softwares like P6, Autocad, microsoft project, prince2, etc
- Master plan initiating experience, monitoring and controlling, taking Corrective actions with related stakeholders
- Presentation techniques skills,, Data analysis using dashboards, charts, layouts, etc
- Team player with presentable character.
