- Compile accurate content [title, product description, key selling features, images and video when applicable] to educate and engage our customers
- Consistently ensure high quality standards are upheld, including fact checking, quality audits and adherence to content guidelines
- Remove errors in item data and get it QC passed
- Suggest improvements in product data development
- Perform keyword research and implementation into copy for SEO efforts.
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external contacts
- Help and maintain a positive working relationship with team members.
- Train new team members as necessary
