- Responsible for maintenance, support and enhancements of respective module and its integration with other modules.
- Assist Business Head and Core Team members in their day to day operations and meeting their information/reporting needs. Introduction of new business processes and controlling mechanisms as per the business needs of the organization.
- Co-ordinate with users to ensure that the month end, Quarter end and Year end activities are carried out properly and timely.
- Preparation of training manuals and training of end users for smooth functioning of the module.
- Fluent in English is a must. Arabic is added advantage. Good at communication and presentation.
