Job Description
- Assist with the preparation of the global corporate quarterly and annual tax provision, financial statement disclosures and related journal entries under ASC 740/FAS 109.
- Assist with preparation of all US federal, state and local corporate and partnership tax returns including data gathering from finance department
- Perform tax research and prepare memos on a variety of federal, state and international issues related to corporations and partnerships.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize federal and state tax expense.
- Prepare annual US federal, state and local extensions and quarterly estimates on a timely basis.
- Assist with federal, state and local tax examinations.
- Review, respond to and resolve various federal and state tax notices.
