• Selling products by establishing contacts, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions. • Visiting potential customers for new business. • Providing customers with quotations. • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on buying trends. • Planning and working closely with the Sales Administrator and guiding sales executives to reach company targets. • Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. • Identifying new markets and business opportunities. • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management. • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Monitoring route drivers to ensure proper delivery to all clients. • Monitoring delivery vehicles for the cleanness and ensure that personnel are organized, well groomed, and in proper uniforms.
