Job Description
- With the Director of Operations and other country program and HQ leads, develop and refine the process for data collection of partner and key personnel details, and lead from the country program side in the data entry portion of any official submission on behalf of the agency;
- Ensure that an auditable mechanism for vetting submission tracking, approvals, and modification submission is kept up to date and cleared ahead of contracting or approval for programmatic work;
- Work with Program and Operations departments on communication to external partners/personnel with regard to understanding of vetting procedures and anticipated cooperation and information sharing. Translate documents or communications into Arabic to ensure clear communication on process as relevant/required;
