Job Description
- Receive and follow up purchase orders from all departments
- Request quotations from suppliers and review them to determine the best offer
- Issuing supply orders for suppliers
- Establish a schedule for all factory supplies
- Continuous follow-up of raw materials prices in the market
- Managing and drafting contracts and agreeing on all its clauses to suit the company's needs
- Evaluate suppliers' prices and negotiate with them the best offer
- Providing more than one resource for each ore
- Make periodic evaluation of suppliers
- Follow up on samples with the Research and Development Department
- Make a daily report for supplies (that have been supplied - that will be supplied)
