RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research, follow-up on leads, and track opportunities for qualified leads.
• Understanding customers' specific business needs.
• Identifying and developing new business through networking, and courtesy and follow-up calls.
• Cold-calling in order to create interest in services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry/market.
• Marketing and promoting services portfolio.
• Involve in negotiating a commercial agreement in the win-win approach.
• Finalize service agreements back with customers.
• Prospecting and qualifying opportunities. (Sales Forecast).
• Working to ensure a productive long-term relationship with customers.
• Providing regular forecasts to manage new work sold and billed.
• Develop and maintain executive level relationships with key customers /partners.
• Achieve the sales & revenue GP as per the business plan.
