1- Conduct desk review of relevant documentation an on existing CVP intervention; Analyze scope, opportunities and challenges.
2- Identify the different sets of constraints and opportunities for cash programming in NWS.
3- Identify the Financial Service Providers (FSPs) available options, their pros and cons.
4- Coordinate with the CWG and concerned clusters and set up the harmonized standardized approaches on grant size, transfer frequency and duration, coverage and targeting strategies for emergency MPCs as well as other types of cash-based interventions.
5- Develop the CVA SOPs from the lenses of fully direct and partner-based implementation.
