- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying Trainees’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Communicate respectfully and politely with potential Trainees at all times
- Determines eligibility by comparing Trainees information to requirements.
- Establishes policies by entering Trainees information; confirming pricing.
- Informs Trainees by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems Monitoring and evaluation.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
