About the Job

  • Directing visitors employees to proper department locations, answering phone calls, letters emails and directing these communications to the requested department or employees, making clients and visitors to the site feel welcomed and answering all of their inquires, support in all administrative tasks related to day by day plans.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English language ( French language is preferable as 2nd language ).
  • 10th of Ramadan Residence or nearest residence location.
  • Personal presentation skills.
  • Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Respond professionally to visitors and callers.
  • Company Representation and business oriented.
  • Maintain confidentiality of data.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Represent organization in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Keep stable under work pressure.
  • Communication skills.
  • Follow company Instructions properly.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Computer skills ( Microsoft office ).
  • Business writing knowledge.
  • Set priorities, plan and organize tasks.
  • Schedule activities accurately.
  • Find and use resources effectively.
  • Pay attention to detail and complete tasks on time.
  • Information management.
