Job Description
What you will be doing:
Manage a book of commercial accounts including real estate schedules multifamily manufacturing technology professional services and more.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a high standard of service.
Handle new business quoting/marketing renewals endorsements and claims ensuring clients needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Utilize agency management software (AMS 360 and tools such as AgencyZoom OneDrive and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
Experience you will need:
Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
Proficiency in AMS 360 AgencyZoom OneDrive and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of accounts.
