We are looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative
Job Type: FullTime
Work Days: Monday through Friday
Work Hours: 9AM 5PM
Job Location: Lincolnwood IL
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enter and manage new leads in the CRM system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track and update lead status throughout the property tax appeal process.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing clients providing courteous clear and professional guidance on the property tax appeal process.
- Address client inquiries resolve concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Respond to client emails in a timely professional and wellwritten manner.
- Document Management & ESignature Processing
- Prepare and send required documents to clients via esignature platforms.
- Follow up to ensure timely completion and return of necessary paperwork.
- Maintain organized records of all signed agreements and supporting documents.
- Keeping sensitive customer and company information confidential
- Contact clients to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
- Professionally and confidently discuss payment obligations with clients.
- Provide updates on the status of their property tax appeal and any outstanding balances.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Take initiative to complete tasks independently without supervision.
- Utilize strong computer skills including fast and accurate typing (minimum 50 WPM) efficient use of keyboard shortcuts and quick navigation through CRM and other software.
- Perform tasks efficiently using copy/paste file management and other digital tools to improve workflow speed.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to take directions from a supervisor throughout the day
- Demonstrate initiative by proactively managing tasks and responsibilities without the need for constant supervision
- Focused and works in a methodical and efficient manner
- Experience with CRM(Customer Relationship Management) software preferred
- Strong familiarity with Computers Windows Outlook Word required Excel preferred
- Ability to type 50 WPM
- Background check required
