Schedule:

  • Weekdays preferred with flexible scheduling Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

  • Manage accounts receivable functions including payment collection and follow-up communications
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support through the client s specialized software platform
  • Support multiple general contractors back-office operations as the client base expands
  • Contribute to streamlining construction business operations through efficient software-based solutions


Requirements
  • Proven experience in basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
