Job Description
- Oversee the management of procurement data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key procurement performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes ensuring operational efficiency cost savings and enhanced service delivery.
- Manage and optimize the usage of eprocurement systems particularly Oracle Fusion to automate procurement processes and improve user experience.
- Leverage automation tools and AI technologies to enhance procurement processes such as automating repetitive tasks and enabling predictive analytics.
- Develop use cases for AI/automation implementations that drive efficiency and value within procurement operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive sustainability and ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility criteria.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
- Engage with suppliers on performance improvement programs contractual agreements and sustainability efforts.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends risks and opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Logistic Supply Chain Management or Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with EProcurement systems ideally Oracle Fusion will be an advantage
- Competencies around automation and AI with experiences in use case development
